Jogging
Going for a run is the classic way to get your heart rate up, release endorphins, and burn calories. The best part is that you can always change up your location.
Perfect for: Those who want a free workout that they can do anywhere at any skill level. Especially if you love the outdoors. Jogging is perfect for beginners because you can start and stop at any time, and  you can always run faster.
Spin Class
 It’s a high intensity endurance workout that burns an insane amount of calories in a relatively short period of time.  it’s a group effort so you have the support of the other people in the class and the instructor to keep you motivated.
Perfect for: Anyone who loves group workouts, and those who are externally motivated. It’s also great for people who want to push themselves to new limits, and people who love cycling already, but want something in between actual bike rides.
Pilates
 I Love  Pilates. Pilates is a workout that challenges your body in terms of strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s an all-over workout that doesn’t just target one muscle group, so you can expect to see improvements across the board.
Perfect for: People seeking increased strength and flexibility, and those who want to be more in tune with their bodies. Also for those who have had previous injuries or want to prevent future ones, as it emphasizes technique. With Pilates, you can exercise in the comfort of your own home, or  take a  group class.
Yoga
Yoga strengthens and increases flexibility at the same time. Regular yoga can increase serotonin levels, among other mental benefits, allowing you to de-stress and find happiness. People who practice yoga generally feel less stressed.
Perfect for: Those who want to improve mental health just as much as physical, and increase harmony with the body and mind. If you want to tone your body and feel more relaxed, this workout would be worth a try. Just as with Pilates, it also helps prevent injuries and balance the body.
Aerobics/Dance
Cardio workouts like aerobics, dancing, jogging, and swimming all increase endurance, strength, and muscle-tone, while decreasing fat. If you want to lose weight, some sort of cardio workout is a must. Dancing helps you do all this in a fun, yet fast-paced way. There are so many routines out there, head to the gym or grab a DVD for ideas!

On my lazy days I typically just do the same skincare routine as usual. Which is I wash my face with a Neutrogena cleanser, Neutrogena toner, and Avenno moisturizer.

                          What Your Body Really Craving
I hope you all learn something new and interesting from these foodie facts. I sure did I’m definitely going to keep some almonds on hand for those carb cravings.
if you’re craving sweets…
It means your body really needs chromium, carbon phosphorous, sulfur, and tryptophan. Get these by eating fresh fruit, cheese and sweet potatoes when you have a sweet tooth. This craving may also mean you’re tired. If you haven’t been getting a good night rest lately and find yourself wanting sweets take a nap.
if you’re craving carbs…
It means your body needs nitrogen, which is found in high-protein foods like fish, meat, nuts, and beans. Eat a turkey burger, a handful of almonds, or a black bean burrito bowl (black beans, corn, pico de gallo, guacamole and brown rice). Make sure you’re eating from every food group in moderation.
if you’re craving french fries, soda, and pizza…
It means your body needs calcium fix a kale salad with steamed broccoli, chicken, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. It might not sound yummy as good as those French fries, but it will leave you feeling way better.
if you’re craving caffeine…
It means your body needs salt and iron. To get these nutrients the eat lean meats like chicken or turkey, eggs, or black cherries.Craving caffeine can also mean you’re actually just really thirsty or dehydrated, Drink an entire glass of water before you reach for that second (or third) cup of coffee.

It means your body needs chloride, which is essential in order for your body to maintain healthy digestion and keep your electrolyte levels in check, according to Nutritional Wellness. Avoid super salty junk food like potato chips and eat goat’s milk yogurt or fish instead. Make a tuna fish sandwich or salmon salad for lunch with goat’s yogurt as a snack the next time you have a salt craving.

Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Cleansing Wipes Review

Hello Beauties,
Today I’m going to be doing a review on the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Cleansing Wipes. I was extremely excited to try out the wipes, because I love all my other neutrogena products. It took a while for me to actually buy them, but got them since they were on sale.
These are not makeup wipes I wish they were however they did remove most of my makeup. They smell slightly like grapefruit but mostly like a very strong smell of chemical or alcohol.  Neutrogena claims “no oily residue, so there’s no need to rinse”. This is half true, no oily residue for sure but I definitely needed to rinse my face it leaves a sticky film.  Having sticky residue on my face doesn’t make me feel clean. I did not use them on my eyes but even using them near my eyes it makes them burn. These did not break me out or dry my skin terribly but I gently washed my face after using them every time.
I still need makeup remover and I still need to wash my face so I see no point of using them. I’ll use up the rest of these if I can, otherwise I’ll pass them onto someone else.  I definitely won’t be repurchasing them or recommend to any one.

I fell in love with this lotion “with the first breath,” because I love the smell. . Thanks to my sister  for this wonderful gift. I have a few butters and body lotions, but Blackberry Vanilla from Forever21 has become one of my Favorites. Is moisturizing for my skin and I would Definitely recommend others to try.

Cleopatra is know for being Queen of Egypt,  her scandalous love affairs, and her ahead of the time beauty routines. Cleopatra was know for taking daily milk baths to preserve her beauty and youth. Milk contains Lacitic acid which has amazing anti-aging properties, exfoliates skin, rebuilds collagen, and acts like as an astringent to sensitive skin.  As for the other key ingredient, honey, it locks in moisture, and is anti-bacterial. Cleopatra was said to use rose oil and jasmine oil, but there are more affordable essential oils  like lavender (relaxing) and orange ( energizing).
                       How to Prepare Cleopatra Milk Bath:
3 cups of milk
1/2 cup of powdered milk
1/2 cup of raw honey
1 tablespoon of essential oil
Mix ingredients together in a bowl before taking a bath. While water is running slowly pour in the mixture so i dissolves and enjoy.
